Steven Korn is a co-founder and managing partner of Hunter Creek Investors. Steven has acquired over $1B of real estate investments, equating to thousands of apartment units. In addition to founding Hunter Creek Investors, Steven is the founder and Managing Principal of Tennyson Partners, a privately held investment firm backed by a single-family office. Tennyson Partners invests in a variety of strategies and asset classes, including both public and private investments. Steven holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University in Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Steven is a Board Member and Trustee of the Riverview School in Cape Cod.

Rachel Levy is a co-founder and partner of Hunter Creek Investors. Rachel has acquired and financed over $1.5B of real estate transactions. Prior to starting Hunter Creek Investors, Rachel was a senior investment professional at the Northwind Group, a real estate private equity firm based in Manhattan. At Northwind, Rachel originated $1B of real estate loans, acquired, $500M of assets, and oversaw asset management of a $1.5B portfolio. Rachel graduated with honors from the University of Michigan. Rachel is the founder of the Young Professional Council of the American Friends of NATAL and chairs their real estate committee. Rachel sits on the board of the Harold Grinspoon Next Generation Advisory Council.
