Investment Criteria

  • 20 - 150 units per property

  • Focus on Palm Beach County, Martin County, Broward County however Hunter Creek Investors will look at deals throughout the entire state of Florida

  • Hunter Creek Investors acquires assets with value add potential (through management improvement and / or capital improvements)

  • Hunter Creek Investors typically acquires assets all cash without any outside capital (investor capital).
